I caught Ellie in a big smile this morning. She has been in a great mood for 2 days in a row. I am hoping that this continues. I think this picture is just so cute. It makes me laugh every time I see it. Well I guess while I am on here I will tell you a little about what is going on. This is my third week keeping the babies while Mel works at school. This coming Monday is my first day to teach and I am excited and nervous all at the same time. I have really enjoyed keeping Shay and Ellie. There have been times where I thought I was going to go insane, but there have been just as many fun times too (this picture is proof of that). I am just so glad that we have this opportunity to spend time with our children. We will never get these years back and I am loving it while it is here.
I love everything about being a mother (except maybe washing bottles and changing poop), but there are some things I miss about my old life. One is hanging out with my friends anytime I want to. I miss them very much and I want to see them more. Last night we went to see a movie and I had so much fun. I am so glad they are so wonderful. I will soon be able to figure out how to see them more and have Ellie ( if not by choice, by necessity for my sanity when Geoff leaves in a few weeks). I know that they are always there for me and I am so thankful for that. Well time to feed Ellie!
